Main Ingredients
- 🍚 1 bowl of cooked rice
- 🥑 1/2 avocado, peeled and sliced
- 1 piece of pollock roe
- 🥚 1 egg
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- A pinch of seaweed flakes
- A pinch of sesame seeds
- A pinch of black pepper
- A small amount of cooking oil
ШАГИ
Peel and slice the avocado into bite-sized pieces.
Scrape the pollock roe using a spoon.
Fry the egg in a small amount of cooking oil.
Place the cooked rice in a bowl and layer the avocado and fried egg on top. Sprinkle with black pepper.
Add the pollock roe on top and drizzle with sesame oil. Garnish with seaweed flakes and sesame seeds.
