    • 1 cup fried anchovy
    • 2 chopped chili peppers
    • 3 strips pickled radish

    • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
    • 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
    • Perilla leaves as needed

Prepare 1 cup of fried anchovy by stir-frying small anchovies in a dry pan until crispy. Add mayonnaise, minced garlic, soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar, and syrup to season.

Chop 2 chili peppers and dice 3 strips of pickled radish. Add them to the fried anchovy mixture.

Mix 2 cups of cooked rice with 1 tbsp sesame seeds and 1/2 tbsp sesame oil until evenly combined.

Shape the rice mixture into round rice balls using a spoon or your hands.

Cut perilla leaves in half if large, or use whole leaves if small. Wrap each rice ball with a perilla leaf.
