Bread
- 🍞 1 slice bread
Egg
- 🥚 1 egg
Condiments
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise
Herbs
- A pinch of parsley
ШАГИ
Spread 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise evenly on the slice of bread.
Sprinkle 1/2 tbsp sugar over the mayonnaise.
Add more mayonnaise around the edges of the bread.
Place 1 egg in the center of the bread and press the yolk gently with a fork to avoid bursting in the microwave.
Microwave the bread for 1 to 1.5 minutes until the egg is semi-cooked.
Sprinkle a pinch of parsley on top of the egg and serve.
