INGREDIENTS
Pasta
- 1 (12 ounce) box whole wheat rotini pasta
Dressing
- ÂĽ cup apple cider vinegar
- ÂĽ cup olive oil

- 6 leaves fresh basil, chopped
Vegetables
- 🥕 2 large carrots, chopped
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and chopped

STEPS
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil; cook rotini at a boil until tender yet slightly firm to the bite, about 8 minutes.
Rinse rotini with cold water until completely chilled; drain completely.
