INGREDIENTS

- 🍚 1 cup soaked rice

- 🐟 35g canned tuna in oil

- 🥕 1/4 carrot, minced
- 🧅 1/4 onion, minced
- 🌱 30g frozen edamame, shelled
Liquids
- 💧 Water as needed

- 🧈 10g salted butter
Seasonings
- 1 tsp sake
- 1/2 tsp consomme
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
STEPS
Mince the carrot and onion. Defrost the edamame and remove from pods.
Add soaked rice, seasonings (sake, consomme, salt, pepper), and water to the rice cooker up to the 1-cup mark. Mix well and flatten the rice. Layer carrot, onion, and tuna on top, then start the regular cooking cycle.
Once cooked, add butter and shelled edamame, then mix thoroughly.
