- 350g watermelon rind

Seasoning

- 1 tbsp apple vinegar
- 🌰 1 tbsp sesame seeds
PASSI
Wash the watermelon rind, remove the red flesh, peel the outer green skin, and slice it into moderately thick pieces.
Mix the sliced watermelon rind with 1/2 tbsp salt and let it sit for 5–10 minutes to soften.
Rinse the salted rind with cold water and squeeze out excess moisture using a cloth or mesh bag.
Combine chopped green onion, 1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp apple vinegar, 1 tbsp chili powder, and 1 tsp minced garlic. Mix well with the watermelon rind.
