    • 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1/3 tsp dashi powder

  • Thickening Agent

    • 1 tbsp potato starch
    • đź’§ 1 tbsp water

STEPS

Cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces. Make a slit in the mentaiko and extract the contents.

In a pot, add the mentaiko and the seasoning ingredients (mirin, soy sauce, dashi powder, and water). Heat until boiling, then add the tofu and simmer on low heat for 3 minutes.

Add the potato starch mixture to the pot and stir until the sauce thickens. Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion.
