STEPS
Trim the roots off the pea shoots. Shred the crab sticks. Press the tofu skin with paper towels to remove excess oil, then cut three edges and unfold into one sheet.
Place cheese slices on the tofu skin, then layer pea shoots and shredded crab sticks. Roll tightly from one end and secure with toothpicks.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and cook the rolls, turning occasionally, until evenly browned.
Cut the rolls into bite-sized pieces and serve with ponzu sauce.
