    • 🍚 1 cup soaked rice

Cut the tarako lengthwise and extract the contents. Reserve a small portion for garnish.

Trim the asparagus ends and peel the lower half with a peeler. Slice diagonally into 1cm pieces.

Add soaked rice, seasonings, and water to the rice cooker up to the 1-cup mark. Mix and flatten the rice. Place tarako and butter on top and start cooking.

Once cooked, mix the rice thoroughly and add asparagus. Cover and let it steam for 5 minutes to cook the asparagus.

Serve in bowls, garnish with reserved tarako and chopped nori.
