INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 1 piece (300g) fried tofu
- 1/2 stalk (80g) green onion
- 3 bell peppers (90g)
Cooking Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- đź§‚ 1 tsp sugar
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
STEPS
Cut the green onion into 1cm diagonal slices. Halve the bell peppers vertically, remove seeds and stems, then cut into quarters.
Pat the fried tofu with a paper towel to remove excess oil, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the tofu and cook until both sides are golden brown, flipping occasionally. Push to the side of the pan.
Add green onion to the pan and cook until browned. Add bell peppers and stir quickly until coated with oil. Add the seasonings and stir-fry until the liquid evaporates.
