INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 100g ground meat
Vegetables
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 eggplant
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
- 💧 1/2 tbsp water
STEPS
Cut the bell pepper in half, remove seeds and stem, and slice into bite-sized pieces. Cut the eggplant in half, remove the stem, and slice into bite-sized pieces.
Mix all the seasoning ingredients (marked with ☆) in a bowl.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat and add ground meat. Stir-fry until the meat changes color.
Add the eggplant and bell pepper to the pan and stir-fry until softened.
Add the mixed seasoning to the pan and stir-fry until the sauce thickens.
