INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 1 piece (30g) cod roe
- 50g snow peas
- 100g shirataki noodles
Cooking Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 10g salted butter
STEPS
Remove the strings from the snow peas and slice them diagonally. Rinse shirataki noodles and cut them into bite-sized lengths.
Make a slit in the cod roe skin and extract the roe.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and stir-fry shirataki noodles for about 2 minutes.
Add the seasonings (sake, mirin, soy sauce, butter) and cod roe, then stir-fry until the cod roe changes color and the liquid evaporates. Add snow peas and stir briefly.
