INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 1/2 pack pea shoots
- 🥕 1/2 carrot, julienned
- đź§… 1/4 green onion, thinly sliced
Seafood
- 🍤 100g peeled shrimp
Staples
- 100g dried rice vermicelli
Seasonings
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper

- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- đź’§ 2 tbsp water
STEPS
Cut pea shoots in half, julienne the carrot, and thinly slice the green onion. Wash and devein the shrimp.
Boil water in a pot and cook the rice vermicelli for 4 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Stir-fry green onion, carrot, and ginger until the carrot softens.
Add rice vermicelli, shrimp, and the sauce mixture (soy sauce, sake, chicken stock powder, sugar, and water). Stir-fry until the liquid is absorbed.
Add pea shoots and stir-fry until they wilt. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper, then serve.
