INGREDIENTS

- 🐖 150g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 3 green peppers, sliced
- 1/2 bag bean sprouts
Condiments
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp salted kombu
- 1/2 tbsp concentrated mentsuyu
STEPS
Cut the green peppers in half vertically, remove the seeds and stems, and slice them thinly.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the pork, and stir-fry until the meat changes color.
Add the green peppers and bean sprouts to the pan and stir-fry briefly.
Add salted kombu and concentrated mentsuyu, and stir-fry everything together.
