- 190g canned mackerel in water

STEPS
Trim the roots off the pea shoots and cut them in half.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and add the canned mackerel. Break it apart and stir-fry briefly.

Remove the lid and stir-fry for 1–2 minutes until the pea shoots soften. Add salt and pepper, and mix well.
