- 🦑 150g squid
- đź§„ 4 cloves garlic
- 🌱 1 stalk green onion
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 🌰 0.5 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 green chili pepper
Seasonings
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1.5 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- đź§„ 1 tbsp minced garlic
- đź§‚ 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 0.5 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- a few dashes black pepper
STEPS
Blanch the squid for about 1 minute on high heat and let it cool.
Prepare the ingredients by chopping garlic, green onion, and chili pepper.
Mix the seasonings: sugar, chili powder, cooking wine, minced garlic, soy sauce, cooking oil, gochujang, and black pepper.
Cut the squid into bite-sized pieces and mix with the prepared seasoning.
Heat cooking oil in a pan and lightly sauté the garlic until fragrant.
Add the onions and stir-fry until they soften slightly.
Add the marinated squid and green chili pepper, and stir-fry until the squid is cooked through.
Turn off the heat and stir in the green onion.
Sprinkle sesame seeds over the dish and serve.
