INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 150g daikon, sliced
- 125g konjac, sliced
Seasoning
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp water
- 1.5 tbsp concentrated soy sauce (3x)
- Pinch of sliced red chili
- 1 tsp sesame oil
STEPS
Slice the daikon and konjac into thin pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add the daikon and konjac to the pan and stir-fry for 3–4 minutes.
Mix water, soy sauce, and sliced chili in a small bowl, then pour into the pan.
Cook for another 2–3 minutes until the sauce is absorbed.
Sprinkle white sesame seeds on top before serving.
