STEPS
Blanch the fish cake in boiling water to remove additives, then cut into bite-sized pieces. Slice the onion.
Heat oil in a pan and add minced garlic and green onion. Stir until fragrant, but avoid burning the garlic.
Add the fish cake and onion to the pan. Stir-fry, then add soy sauce and sugar. Mix well.
Add chili powder and stir-fry until the chili oil is released. Finish with sesame oil for added aroma.
