- 🦑 1 squid, cleaned and sliced
Vegetables
- 🌱 200g bean sprouts
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion, sliced
- 1 green chili, sliced
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 1/4 tsp ginger powder
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- A pinch of black pepper
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Clean the squid by removing the innards and skin without cutting the body open.
Slice the squid into rings, and julienne the green onion and green chili.
Mix all the seasoning ingredients except sesame oil and sesame seeds to create the sauce.
Prepare the bean sprouts by removing the heads and measuring 200g.
Heat a wok, add olive oil, and stir-fry the bean sprouts, squid, sauce, green onion, and green chili. Cover and cook on high heat for 4 minutes.
Uncover, mix well, and add sesame oil and sesame seeds.
Transfer to a serving dish and enjoy.
