INGREDIENTS
Noodles
- 2 frozen udon noodles
Meat
- 100g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 1/2 bag bean sprouts
- 1/4 bunch chives
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 600cc water
- 1 tbsp sake
- đź§‚ 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp gochujang
- đź§„ a pinch of garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
STEPS
Cut the chives into 3cm pieces, removing the root ends.
Place the frozen udon noodles in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and heat according to package instructions at 600W. Serve in bowls.
Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat and stir-fry the beef slices until they change color.
Add bean sprouts and stir-fry for about 1 minute, then add chives and stir briefly.
Add all seasoning ingredients, bring to a boil, and pour over the noodles in the bowls.
