INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 1 bowl radish, sliced
- 1 bowl bean sprouts
- Some green onion, chopped
Meat
- 1 cup beef for soup
Broth
- Adequate anchovy kelp broth
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1.5–2 tbsp red pepper powder
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- đź§„ 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- đź§‚ Some salt
STEPS
Prepare all ingredients according to the listed amounts.
Add beef to a pot and stir-fry with 1 tbsp sesame oil until lightly cooked.
Add sliced radish and 1.5–2 tbsp red pepper powder to the pot and stir-fry together.
Pour adequate anchovy kelp broth into the pot and bring to a boil over high heat.
Add 1/2 tbsp minced garlic and 1 tbsp soy sauce to the boiling soup.
Add washed bean sprouts to the pot and boil again without covering the lid.
Once the bean sprouts soften slightly, add chopped green onion.
Adjust the final seasoning with salt to taste.
