- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1 cup chopped pecans
STEPS
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Mix 2 cups of flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, cream the white sugar and 1 cup of butter until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in sour cream and vanilla extract. Gradually mix in the flour mixture until just blended.
Spread half the batter into the prepared baking dish.
Prepare the streusel by melting 3 tablespoons of butter, then mixing with brown sugar, cinnamon, and the remaining 1 cup of flour to create coarse crumbs.
Layer half of the streusel mixture and half the blueberries over the batter.
Spread the remaining batter over the streusel and blueberries. Top with the remaining streusel, blueberries, and pecans.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 to 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
