    • 🍗 1 piece (300g) chicken breast
  • Seasoning

    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 🍬 1 tsp sugar
    • đź§‚ 1/2 tsp salt
    • A pinch of pepper

Poke several holes into both sides of the chicken breast using a fork.

Place the chicken and seasonings into a plastic bag. Massage the bag to coat the chicken evenly. Seal the bag while removing air and let it sit at room temperature for 15 minutes.

Wrap the chicken tightly in two layers of plastic wrap, then wrap it again in two layers of aluminum foil.

Boil a large pot of water (at least 2 liters). Add the wrapped chicken to the pot. Once the water boils again, turn off the heat, cover the pot, and let it sit for 60 minutes.

Remove the chicken from the pot and let it cool completely. Slice into bite-sized pieces before serving.
