    • 0.5 tbsp syrup or sugar
    • a pinch of black pepper

Prepare the ingredients. Slice the onion and green chilies into appropriate sizes. Optionally, pour hot water over the fish cakes to prepare them.

Mix all the sauce ingredients thoroughly in a bowl.
