- 12 perilla leaves
- 3 tbsp pancake flour

STEPS
Wash the perilla leaves thoroughly and remove the stems.
Crack the eggs into a bowl, add 2 pinches of salt, and whisk until well combined.
Coat the crab sticks with pancake flour and roll them from the bottom of the perilla leaf.
Place the rolled leaves seam-side down to prevent them from unrolling.
Dip the rolled leaves in the egg mixture, starting with the seam side.
Pan-fry the rolls over medium-low heat until golden brown on all sides.
