INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 10 cm daikon radish
- 🥕 5 cm carrot
Meat
- 200 g pork slices
Eggs
- 🥚 2 boiled eggs
Seasoning
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- Cornstarch as needed
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Liquid
- đź’§ 300 ml water
- 2 tbsp sake
Garnish

STEPS
Cut the daikon radish and carrot into bite-sized pieces.
Season the pork slices with salt and pepper, then mix with cornstarch and ginger paste.
Shape the pork into bite-sized balls and coat with cornstarch.
Heat salad oil in a pan and sear the pork balls until golden brown.
Add the daikon radish and carrot to the pan and stir-fry briefly.
Pour in water, sake, sugar, and soy sauce, then add the boiled eggs.
Cover with a drop lid and simmer for 15 minutes.
