INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 1/2 bag shungiku
- 160g daikon, julienned
Condiments
- 1 mentaiko
- đź§‚ 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
Garnish
- to taste white sesame seeds
STEPS
Separate shungiku stems and leaves. Slice stems thinly and cut leaves into 5cm pieces. Julienne the daikon.
Make a cut in the mentaiko skin and extract the contents.
Place daikon and shungiku in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 1 minute.
Mix mentaiko, soy sauce, and mayonnaise into the microwaved vegetables. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
