INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 1 bag (200g) shirataki noodles
- 50g dried shirasu
- 1 pack kaiware sprouts
- 2g dried shredded kombu
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp sliced chili
STEPS
Cut shirataki noodles into bite-sized lengths. Trim the roots off the kaiware sprouts. Rehydrate the shredded kombu in water and drain.
Boil water in a pot, add shirataki noodles, and cook for 3 minutes. Drain well.
Mix all seasoning ingredients (☆) in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Let it cool to room temperature.
In a bowl, combine shirataki noodles, dried shirasu, rehydrated kombu, and the cooled seasoning mixture. Mix well.
Add kaiware sprouts to the mixture and toss lightly.
