INGREDIENTS
Seafood
- 30g shirasu (boiled whitebait)
Vegetables
- 🥔 2 potatoes (300g), thinly sliced
- 3 shiso leaves, roughly chopped
Seasoning
- đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
- đź§€ 1 tbsp powdered cheese
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Garnish
- nori (seaweed), as needed
STEPS
Thinly slice the potatoes and stack them slightly offset. Cut into thin strips. Chop the shiso leaves roughly.
In a bowl, mix the shirasu, potatoes, shiso leaves, salt, and powdered cheese.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium-low heat. Spread the mixture into a round shape and cook for 4–5 minutes until golden brown. Flip and cook for another 4–5 minutes until cooked through.
Plate the galette and sprinkle nori on top.
