INGREDIENTS
Chicken
- 🍗 600g chicken tenderloin
Coating
- 1/2 cup potato starch
- Enough frying oil
Seasoning
- 4 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp shichimi togarashi
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- đź§‚ 1/2 tsp salt
- 🥚 1 egg
STEPS
Remove the tendons from the chicken tenderloins and pierce them several times with a fork.
Combine all 'A' ingredients in a plastic bag, add the chicken, then add potato starch, kneading well after each addition.
Heat frying oil to 170°C in a pot. Fry half of the chicken for 1 minute without touching, then flip and fry for 2 minutes. Increase the heat and fry for another 2 minutes. Drain excess oil. Repeat for the remaining chicken.
