INGREDIENTS
Cooking Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- Ponzu sauce as needed
Garnish
- Chopped green onion as needed
Patty Mixture
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp sake
- 1 can (90g) canned salmon
- 100g ground chicken
- đź§… 1/2 onion, minced
- 4 shiso leaves, sliced
- đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
STEPS
Drain the canned salmon. Mince the onion and microwave it in a bowl at 600W for 1 minute to remove rawness. Let it cool. Slice the shiso leaves.
In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs and sake to moisten.
Add the remaining patty mixture ingredients to the bowl.
Divide the mixture into two portions and shape into oval patties.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the patties and cook until browned on one side. Flip, cover with a lid, and steam-cook over low heat for 3 minutes. Serve with ponzu sauce and garnish with chopped green onion.
