    • 🍚 1 bowl (200g) cooked rice
    • 🐟 20g salmon flakes
    • 2 tbsp soy-marinated ikura
    • 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
    • 1 tsp concentrated soy sauce
    • 1/4 sheet roasted nori
  • Decoration

    • 1 tsp soy-marinated ikura

Mix cooked rice, salmon flakes, and white sesame seeds in a bowl. Add concentrated soy sauce and mix well.

Place half of the rice mixture on a piece of plastic wrap, flatten it, and add 1 tbsp of soy-marinated ikura in the center. Wrap and shape into a ball. Repeat to make 2 onigiri. Cut the nori sheet in half and wrap each onigiri. Top with decorative ikura.
