Main Ingredients
- 1 pack inari sushi set
- 1 slice white cheese
- 1 slice yellow cheese
- 1 sheet seaweed
Additional Ingredients
- 1 tbsp finely chopped plum pickle

- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 🥕 1/4 cup finely chopped carrot
- 2 tbsp finely chopped chives
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp mayonnaise
步骤
Prepare the inari sushi set by blanching frozen tofu skins and simmering them in a sweet soy sauce marinade.
Mix cooked rice with vinegar to create sushi rice.
Finely chop carrots and stir-fry them in a lightly oiled pan. Chop chives finely as well.
Combine the sushi rice, chopped carrots, chives, and plum pickle. Mix gently and add sesame oil for flavor.
Cut white cheese into small oval shapes for the nose and yellow cheese into half-moon shapes for the ears using a cutter or knife.
Attach the cheese pieces to the inari sushi using mayonnaise as adhesive.
Cut seaweed into small shapes for the eyes and mouth. Use a toothpick dipped in water to place the seaweed pieces onto the sushi.
Arrange the completed Rilakkuma inari sushi in a bento box for presentation.
