INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 100g pork slices
Seaweed
- 1/4 sheet seaweed
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tsp sake
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt
- 1/4 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tbsp starch
Sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp mirin
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
STEPS
Cut the seaweed into 8 equal pieces.
Mix pork slices with sake, salt, ginger, and starch in a bowl. Divide into 4 portions and shape into balls.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat. Attach seaweed to the pork balls and place them in the pan. Cook until browned, then flip and cover with a lid. Steam on low heat for 3 minutes until cooked through.
Add sake, mirin, and soy sauce to the pan. Cook until the sauce thickens, flipping the balls to coat evenly.
