INGREDIENTS

- 🐖 100g pork loin slices
Vegetables
- 1/3 bag mizuna, chopped
Eggs
- 🥚 2 eggs, beaten
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- Pinch of dashi powder
- 💧 150ml water
STEPS
Chop mizuna into bite-sized pieces and cut pork into smaller portions.
Beat the eggs in a bowl until well mixed.
Add all seasoning ingredients (sake, mirin, soy sauce, dashi powder, and water) to a pot and bring to a boil.
Add pork to the boiling broth and cook until the color changes, skimming off any foam.
Add mizuna to the pot and simmer until softened, then pour in the beaten eggs and cook until the eggs are set.
