    • 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice (120g)
  • Seafood

    • 🦪 3–5 oysters (75g)
  • Vegetable

    • đź§… 1/4 stalk green onion (40g)
  • Broth

    • đź’§ 200ml water
    • 1 tsp mirin
    • 1 tsp soy sauce
    • đź§‚ 1 pinch salt
    • 1/3 tsp dashi powder
    • 1/3 tsp grated ginger

Rinse the cooked rice with water to remove stickiness and drain.

Place the oysters in a bowl with plenty of water and gently wash them. Drain the water.

Slice the green onion diagonally into thin pieces.

In a pot, combine all broth ingredients (water, mirin, soy sauce, salt, dashi powder, and grated ginger) and mix. Heat over medium heat.

Once the broth boils, add the rice and green onion. Mix and bring to a boil again. Cover and simmer on low heat for 3 minutes until the green onion softens.

Add the oysters and mix. Cook uncovered for 3–4 minutes until the oysters are fully cooked.
