- 🦪 1.5 cups oysters
Vegetables
- 1 handful bean sprouts
- 1 green chili
- 1 red chili
- 🧅 sufficient green onion
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp shrimp paste
- 🧂 a pinch of salt
- 🧂 a pinch of pepper
Broth
- 💧 5-6 cups water
- 1 sheet kelp
ÉTAPES
Rinse oysters 3-4 times under running water and clean bean sprouts thoroughly.
Pour 6 cups of water into a pot and add 1 sheet of kelp.
Once the water starts boiling, add bean sprouts and cook for 5 minutes.
Add oysters and cook for another 5 minutes.
Add 2 tablespoons of shrimp paste and simmer for 3-5 minutes.
Add green onion, green chili, and red chili, and simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
