INGREDIENTS
Chicken and Eggs
- 🍗 200g of chicken thighs (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 🥚 3 eggs
Seasonings
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of mirin
- 2 teaspoons of sugar
- 1/2 cup of dashi
Vegetables
- đź§… 1/2 onion (thinly sliced)
Main Dish
- 🍚 Freshly cooked rice as needed
STEPS
Thinly slice the onion and place it in a pot along with the dashi, soy sauce, mirin, and sugar. Heat over medium heat.
Add the chicken thighs to the pot and simmer until the chicken is fully cooked.
Lightly beat the eggs and slowly pour them into the pot. Cover with a lid and heat until the eggs are partially set.
Spoon the ingredients over freshly cooked rice and serve.
