    • 200g fresh okara
    • 1 can (70g) oil-packed tuna
    • 🥒 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
    • đź§… 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
    • đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
  • Seasoning

    • đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
    • Pinch of pepper
    • 1/2 tbsp vinegar
    • 1 tsp soy sauce
    • 50cc unsweetened soy milk

Thinly slice the onion and cucumber. Sprinkle with salt and let sit for 5 minutes. Rinse with water and squeeze out excess moisture.

Place the okara in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and heat at 600W for 1 minute 30 seconds. Mix in the seasoning ingredients and canned tuna while still hot.

Once cooled, add the prepared vegetables to the okara mixture and combine well.
