- Adequate amount of tteokbokki rice cakes
Seasonings

- 1 tsp sesame oil
- đź§‚ 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1/2 tbsp chili powder
- 3 tbsp cooking oil
STEPS
Mix all the seasonings together to create the sauce. Place the prepared sauce and rice cakes in a large bowl.
Gently mix the rice cakes with the sauce until evenly coated. Let it marinate for about 15 minutes.
Heat a pan and add 3 tbsp of cooking oil. Add the marinated rice cakes and stir-fry.
Stir-fry the rice cakes over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until the sauce is well combined and the rice cakes are cooked through.
Serve the spicy oil tteokbokki hot and enjoy.
