INGREDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls of cooked rice (300g)
Egg
- 🥚 2 eggs
Seafood
- 40g boiled shirasu
Vegetable
- 50g chopped nozawana pickles
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- đź§‚ A pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp soy sauce
STEPS
Chop nozawana pickles into small pieces. Crack eggs into a bowl and whisk to make beaten eggs.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Pour in the beaten eggs and stir quickly.
Add cooked rice to the pan and stir-fry, breaking up clumps until the rice is evenly coated and fluffy.
Add chopped nozawana pickles and shirasu to the pan. Stir-fry and mix well. Add seasonings (dashi powder, salt, pepper, soy sauce) and combine thoroughly.
