INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 200g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 🥔 2 potatoes (300g), peeled and cut
- 🥕 1/2 carrot, sliced
- đź§… 1/2 onion, chopped
Condiments
- 100cc sukiyaki sauce
- 200cc water
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Garnish
- đź§… Chopped green onion, as needed
STEPS
Peel and cut the potatoes, carrots, and onion into bite-sized pieces. Soak the potatoes in water and drain.
Heat salad oil in a pot over medium heat and stir-fry the pork until its color changes.
Add potatoes, carrots, and onion to the pot and stir-fry until coated with oil.
Pour water into the pot and bring to a boil over high heat. Skim off any foam, then add sukiyaki sauce. Cover and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes until potatoes are tender.
Serve the dish in a bowl and garnish with chopped green onion.
