    • 🥩 150g sliced beef
  • Vegetables

    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
    • đź’§ 2 tbsp water
    • 2 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
  • Udon

    • 🍜 2 servings cooked udon noodles
    • Enough diluted soy sauce for serving

Slice the green onion diagonally.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Stir-fry the beef until its color changes, then add the green onion and stir-fry for another minute.
