INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 12 slices pork belly
Vegetables
- đź§… 2 stalks green onion (330g)
Seasoning
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp salad oil
Negi Salt Sauce
- đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- đź§‚ Pinch of pepper
STEPS
Separate the green onion into white and green parts. Mince the green parts and cut the white parts into 6 equal pieces. Mix the minced green onion with the Negi Salt Sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Season the pork belly slices with salt and pepper. Place a piece of green onion on one end of each slice and roll tightly. Repeat to make 12 rolls.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat. Place the rolls seam-side down and cook until browned, turning occasionally. Cover with a lid and steam on low heat for 5 minutes.
Cut the rolls into bite-sized pieces, plate them, and drizzle with the Negi Salt Sauce.
