INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🍄 6 shiitake mushrooms
- đź§… 3 green onions, chopped
Condiments
- Mayonnaise, as needed
- Pinch of shichimi togarashi

- 1 tbsp sake

- 1 tbsp soy sauce
STEPS
Remove stems from shiitake mushrooms. Chop green onions into small pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add shiitake mushrooms and lightly fry. Flip them over, cover with a lid, and cook for 2 minutes until softened. Add the seasonings (sake, sugar, soy sauce) and stir-fry.
Plate the mushrooms, drizzle with mayonnaise, sprinkle chopped green onions, and optionally add shichimi togarashi.
