INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 2 packs natto
- 100g sliced pork belly
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked white rice (300g)
- đź§… 1/2 onion, minced
Seasoning
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp ponzu sauce
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt
- Dash of pepper
Toppings
- 🥚 2 onsen eggs
- Red ginger, as needed
- Chopped green onion, as needed
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
STEPS
Mince the onion and finely chop the pork belly.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook the pork until its color changes.
Add the minced onion and stir-fry until softened, then add the natto and mix well.
Add the cooked white rice and stir-fry until the grains are separated and coated with oil.
Add the seasonings (soy sauce, ponzu sauce, salt, and pepper) and stir until evenly combined.
Plate the fried rice, top with an onsen egg, garnish with red ginger and chopped green onion.
