INGREDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice (200g)
Meat
- 80g ground pork
Fermented
- 1 pack natto with sauce
Vegetables
- đź§… 1/4 stalk minced green onion
- Chopped chives to taste
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- đź§‚ 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of black pepper
STEPS
Mince the green onion.
Mix natto with its included sauce in a bowl.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook ground pork until browned. Push it to the side.
Add rice, natto, and minced green onion to the pan. Stir-fry until the rice becomes fluffy and separates.
Add soy sauce, salt, and black pepper. Stir quickly to combine.
Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped chives.
