INGREDIENTS
- Vegetables - 1/2 bag pea sprouts
- 1 pack (70g) plain mozuku seaweed
 
- Broth - 1 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- đź’§ 400 ml water
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp mirin
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt
 
STEPS

Trim the root ends of the pea sprouts and cut them into thirds.

Add all broth ingredients (dashi powder, water, soy sauce, mirin, and salt) to a pot and bring to a boil.

Once boiling, add the pea sprouts and mozuku seaweed to the pot. Stir briefly and serve in bowls.
