INGREDIENTS

- 1/2 bag mizuna
Protein
- 🍗 2 chicken breasts
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
Mentaiko Mayo
- 40g mentaiko
- 🧈 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp mentsuyu (2x concentrated)
- Pinch of black pepper
STEPS
Cut the mizuna into bite-sized pieces. Place the chicken breasts on a microwave-safe plate, sprinkle with salt, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute 30 seconds. Shred into bite-sized pieces.
Make a cut in the mentaiko and extract the contents. Mix the mentaiko, mayonnaise, mentsuyu, and black pepper in a bowl.
Combine the mizuna and shredded chicken with the mentaiko mayo mixture and mix well.
