Mitsuba and Tuna Daikon Salad

    • 300g daikon, julienned
    • 1/2 bunch mitsuba, chopped
  • Canned Goods

    • 1 can tuna (70g), drained
  • Seasoning

    • đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
    • 1 tsp soy sauce
    • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
    • 1 tbsp white sesame seeds

STEPS

Julienne the daikon and sprinkle with salt. Mix and let sit for 5 minutes, then drain the excess water.

Cut the mitsuba into 3cm pieces. Drain the tuna can.

In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, mayonnaise, and white sesame seeds.

Add the daikon, mitsuba, and tuna to the bowl and mix well.
